Group Facilitation
Humankind is being led along an evolving course, through the migration of intelligences, and though we seem to be sleeping, there is an inner wakefulness, that directs the dream, and that will eventually startle us back to the truth of who we are.
- Rumi 13th Century
I create spaces where something shifts.
Whether I'm working with a room of global leaders, a circle of emerging visionaries, or a cohort of change makers navigating complexity, my role as a facilitator is to hold the space where real development happens. Not surface-level dialogue, but the kind of deep, honest exploration that transforms how people see themselves, each other, and the systems they're part of.
My facilitation draws on over twenty-five years of study and practice across consciousness development, human and adult development, evolutionary science, unified science and leadership development, combined with decades of hands-on experience working with CEOs, government leaders, social entrepreneurs and global networks. I don't bring a formula. I bring a way of seeing, one that gets beneath the surface, illuminates hidden limitations, and opens the door to entirely new ways of thinking, leading and being.
I believe we are at a moment in history where the capacity to facilitate genuine developmental growth in groups is not a luxury, it is a necessity. The leaders and visionaries shaping our future need environments where they can expand their cognitive, emotional and social capacities to meet the complexity of the challenges before them. That is the space I create.
Past Experience
My hope in sharing my insights and wisdom is that listeners recognise they are much more than they think they are and that they have the capacity to intentionally evolve, thereby creating greater meaning and purpose for their existence.
These views have been shared on numerous occasions with gatherings of futurists, social entrepreneurs, business and government leaders and leadership experts and practitioners.

Eight participants worked individually and collectively to understand the limitations of their current thinking and to build the meta-systemic cognition needed to transcend them.
Global Leadership Program
World Institute for Leadership Development
Facilitated an annual learning laboratory through which 30 young global leaders aged 18–40 developed the internal and external capacities needed to more wisely and effectively respond to the leadership challenges of our time.
The Space
Facilitated monthly learning circles over two years for emerging leaders, creating a unique environment where they could explore the themes, challenges and questions at the heart of their personal leadership and develop more effective ways of being, functioning and leading in a complex world.
Future World Leaders - Needs Assessment
Facilitated a two-stage needs assessment with 15 remarkable future world leaders aged 18–35 from Africa, North and South America, Asia-Pacific and Europe, surfacing the developmental needs of the next generation of global leadership.
